Part-time Curatorial Position at Black Country Living Museum advertised

Circa £25,000 PA Pro Rata. Job Share : 3 days per week (22.5 hours) 

The Black Country Living Museum is  looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to curate its designated industry and transport collections. With a background in an established museum or heritage environment, the successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing and developing the visitor experience as well as maintaining optimum curatorial standards in collections management and care.

The museum welcomes over 300,000 visitors per year to explore and discover 300 years of Black Country history. Our designated collections of around 61,000 objects constitute a comprehensive record of industrial activity and society in the Black Country.  BCLM: Forging Ahead is our £22m project to create a world class heritage attraction at the heart of the Black Country, telling a unique story of worldwide significance to 500,000 people each year.
