NMMT raffle prize (l-r) Wendy Manley, Jim Manley and Lord Montagu

Jim Manley from Epsom, Surrey, and his wife Wendy were presented with the sporty white soft-top outside the Montagu ancestral home of Palace House. Auto electrician Jim, who bought his winning raffle ticket (number 20808) during a day out visit to Beaulieu, said: “When I got the call to say I had won, I really thought it was a wind-up, and it took a while before the penny dropped! This is absolutely brilliant.

The annual prize draw offers the chance to win a car for a £2 ticket and raises money for the National Motor Museum Trust, a charitable organisation which is dedicated to preserving and promoting motoring history.

For a chance to win the 2018 National Motor Museum Trust Prize Draw, tickets are going on sale at £2 for next year’s car which will be a stylish Fiat 500C TwinAir open-top city car.
